The shawl with a textured pattern, in the shape of an equal-sided trapezoid, is started at the shorter of the two long sides. Increases at the beginning and end of each row create the shape of the shawl, so that the upper side is longer than the lower side. The pattern can be adjusted in length and width to suit individual preferences.
