Pullover Rachel (16/08)
Designed by LAMANA

The oversized pullover is worked top-down entirely double stranded and in one piece. It has a round neckline, dropped shoulders, and a ribbed back. The front is worked in stockinette stitch, starting at the accentuated shoulder line at the top of the back part (French shoulders). The two front halves are worked in the opposite direction from this shoulder line and are joined together to form one front piece after shaping the neckline. Then, the front is worked back and forth, like the back, down to the underarms. After that, the parts are joined together and the body is continued in the round down to the beginning of the side slits at the bottom hem. From there, the front and back are separated and each part is worked separately. The hems differ in length between the front and back and are worked in ribbing, the side slits are edged with an I-Cord.
The sleeves are knitted directly onto the body in stockinette stitch. They are also worked from the top down in the round so that the sleeve length can be adjusted individually, if desired.
