The wide cable-jacket with a longer back is worked seamlessly top down and entirely double stranded, starting at the accentuated shoulder line at the upper back. The fronts are worked from shoulderline in opposite direction, then fronts and back are joined together at the bottom of the armholes. The sleeves are knitted directly onto jacket and are also worked top down, back and forth. The double-knit button bands are knitted on later.

• VERONA 200 (225/250) g in Slate Grey 28 and PREMIA 125 (150/150) g in Slate Grey 28, 5 stitch markers, 1 tapestry needle, 5 buttons (diameter approx. 2 cm)

• 25 sts and 32 rows using ndl size 3.5 mm (US 4/UK 10 or 9) and double stranded (1 strand Verona + 1 strand Premia) in main pattern = 10 x 10 cm / 4” square
