The cardigan is worked seamlessly top down and starts at the neckband with a cable along back neckline. This is worked from the center in both directions. From the side of the neckband, which continues as a cable border on both fronts down to the bottom of the cardigan, the stitches for back, sleeves and front are then created. The raglan-increases are worked by double increases from strand between 2 stitches.
Body and sleeves are separated at the bottom of the armholes and each part is worked separately. Body is worked back and forth, sleeves are worked in the round. The side seams and the underside of the sleeves are accentuated with a cable.

• 26 sts and 37 rows, using ndl size 3.25 mm (US 3/UK 10) in main pattern = 10 x 10 cm/4” square

• circular needles size 3.0 mm (US 2.5/UK 11) and size 3.25 mm (US 3/UK 10) (each 40 cm/16” and 80 – 100 cm/32 - 40” long), optionally dpns in these sizes, 1 cable needle
