Baby Dress (03/12)

The cute little dress is suitable for babies aged 0-6 and 6-12 months and is knitted in one piece with no seams. It has a round yoke and starts at the neck opening with an accent stripe. The pattern of the yoke is made of rows in garter stitch alternating with rows in a fine and simple lace pattern which later forms the eyelets for the buttonholes.
The body is knitted in stockinet stitch throughout and ends in a slim contrasting stripe on the bottom edge.
The dress is explained round by round or row by row and can easily be lengthened or shortened in the body.

• 75 (100) g COMO Tweed in MUSCAT (47T)
• 25 g COMO in PIGEON BLUE (36)
• 4 (5) buttons (approx. 1 cm / 0.4“ diameter)

GAUGE
• 24 sts and 36 rows / rnds in st st using 3.5 mm (US 4 / UK 10 or 9) needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4“ square


NEEDLES
• Circular needles size 3.5 mm (US 4 / UK 10 or 9), 60 cm / 24“ long
• 1 set of dpns 3.5 mm (US 4 / UK 10 or 9)

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference at bust = 44 (50) cm / 17 (20)“
• Length = 42 (48) cm / 16 (19)“
